1. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment:
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
- To cancel, please contact our support team at sutarabliss@gmail.com with your order details.
After Shipment:
- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, request a return after delivery as per our refund policy.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Customized or personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless it arrives damaged or defective.
- For damaged and defective products, we will provide an exchange or refund. Once a request is made within 48 hours of delivery, the exchange product will be delivered within 7 days.
- If the refund is approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the refund status.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Personalized or engraved jewelry
Items purchased on sale or during promotions (unless defective)

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will arrange for an exchange or refund at no extra cost.
